In continued efforts to provide the best possible hair salon experience for all our clients, we hold the following policies. Booking an appointment acknowledges understanding and agreeing to the following.

 

Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. However, we ask that you provide 48-hour notice in the event of cancellation. 24 hours or less notice will result in our
a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service.

No-shows: A "no-show" is a client who doesn't answer communication from a stylist or arrive at an appointment. No-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the requested service.  Any cancellations up to 6 hours before a service is considered a no-show. We understand that there may be genuine reasons for missing an appointment, and we will carefully consider individual circumstances before applying this charge.

Late arrival: In order to best serve all clients, arriving more than 15 minutes late (or 10% of the service time) could result in rescheduling your appointment if needed. Late arrivals that occur concurrently will result in the same rules as our cancellation policy for rebooking.
